The center is equipped with central forced air and exhaust ventilation systems with thermal energy recovery from the European manufacturer, VBW Engineering.

Air conditioning

The center is equipped with chiller-fan coil system produced by the leading American manufacturer, "TRANE". The temperature in the office space is controlled by remote with possibility of individual zonal regulation.

Heating

Central city network heating with possibility of individual regulation of heating appliances.

Electricity

● The electrical supply of the building comes from the built-in two-transformer substation 10 / 0.4 kV with a capacity of 2 x 1000 kVA with dry transformers from TRAFO ELETTRO (Italy). AVP at the inputs to the building and on each floor provide uninterrupted power supply to all consumers in case of disconnection of one of the inputs.● In the Business Center, a condenser installation has been installed for compensating reactive work, allowing for the installation of transformers, electrical energy for the electricity supply (for a change in the size of the electrical connection), and also the possibility to change.

A powerful CATERPILLAR (USA) generator provides power supply to the business center, allows all life support systems to work during a complete power outage in Kyiv.The availability of this backup power source allows you to be independent of external circumstances.

The business center is equipped with an uninterrupted power supply system that ensures autonomous operation and protects against possible interruptions in the building's power supply.
This source of uninterrupted power ensures the functioning of the main critical systems and communications of the building when it is disconnected from the city power grid.

Water

The Business center will take care of its renters treated with clean water, as well as State Standards of Ukraine 7525: 2014 and State sanitary rules and regulations 2.2.4-171-10. Every quarter, the specialists of the certified testing laboratory take samples of drinking water and after it’s purification by the ORGANIC WATER TECHNOLOGY system, conduct their research. Bottle washing, with the use of certified detergent, bottling of drinking water comply with all sanitary norms and are controlled by the responsible persons of the Business Center. Our experience, professionalism, modern technologies, proper service and, of course, high quality drinking water guarantee good health to your employees and visitors.

Security

Access control system allows access to floors to employees and visitors by individual magnetic cards, which is controlled by reception administrators and automated security systems. In addition to 24/7 security on premises, the building is equipped with video surveillance around the perimeter and public areas (halls, elevators, parking).

Fire safety

The fire safety of the Livoberezhny Multifunctional Center is carried out by the fire alarm system designed and installed in accordance with existing rules and regulations. All floors are equipped with fire safety sensors, smoke detectors and air support system, warning system and evacuation control. Every floor has four fire cabinets, equipped with fire extinguishers and fire hoses.

Telecommunications

The Center provides tenants with the required number of telephone lines. Internet and data network connection is possible with any provider that has technical ability to connect in our area.

Elevators

There are two high-speed passenger elevators (working in pairs, carrying capacity - 630 kg each) and one cargo lift (load-carrying capacity of 1000 kg) manufactured by KONE (Finland).

Parking

Ground-level, secure (on-site 24/7 security and video surveillance) parking lot for 14 cars is located near the Center. We work closely with the owners of parking spaces located near our Center.
